The Fellowship Program Directors Dinner is a 1.5 hour working dinner held during the conference, with approximately 50 Fellowship Program Directors in attendance. These individuals are responsible for managing the pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship programs across the country, providing direct oversight and ensuring the quality of didactic and clinical education of all fellows within their respective training programs. If your organization is targeting Hem/Onc Fellows then this may be the sponsorship opportunity for you.
Your sponsorship will include appropriate ASPHO created signage at the entrance to the event and in the meeting room during the event as well as highlighting of the sponsorship within the program slide deck during the session. The Sponsor will have a 2 minute welcome introduction at the beginning of the program and the host of the event will be sure to acknowledge your organization's support verbally at the end of the program. A postal mailing list of the attendees will be provided to the sponsor after the conference.
