The Division Directors Academy is a half-day event held during the conference for approximately 50 highly influential physicians to gather and network. These individuals are leaders of their respective pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) divisions, providing administrative and financial oversight, as well as oversight of education, research and clinical service within their health system division. Here is an opportunity to have an onsite meeting room available to access during exhibit hall hours. The meeting room is ideal for impromptu private discussions or focus group meetings with attendees. The 10'x10' enclosed meeting room has a door with a window (marked in red in the rendering), a 30"x72" draped table, and 4 chairs. The Fellowship Program Directors Dinner is a 1.5 hour working dinner held during the conference, with approximately 50 Fellowship Program Directors in attendance. These individuals are responsible for managing the pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship programs across the country, providing direct oversight and ensuring the quality of didactic and clinical education of all fellows within their respective training programs. If your organization is targeting Hem/Onc Fellows then this may be the sponsorship opportunity for you.

The First Time Attendee/International/New Members Reception is held from 5:15 - 6:00 PM on the first evening (Wednesday) of the conference.
Your image will be prominently displayed on the vertical wall in a high-traffic hallway of either the session level or Exhibit Hall/Registration level. These clings may be placed in multiple locations and with multiple sizes available. See below for sample images and locations.

Nearly all of the conference attendees come into the Exhibit Hall for the exhibits, posters, poster tours, and Education Theater presentations.
