The Division Directors Academy is a half-day event held during the conference for approximately 50 highly influential physicians to gather and network.  These individuals are leaders of their respective pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) divisions, providing administrative and financial oversight, as well as oversight of education, research and clinical service within their health system division. Your sponsorship of this important onsite event will provide great visibility to many of the most important Hem/Onc decision makers throughout the nation. 

Your sponsorship will include appropriate ASPHO created signage at the entrance to the event and in the meeting room during the event and highlighting of the sponsorship within the program slide deck during the session.  The Sponsor will have a 2 minute welcome introduction at the beginning of the program and the host of the event will be sure to acknowledge your organization's support verbally at the end of the program.  The sponsor will receive a postal mailing list of the program attendees after the conference for follow up.

The Early Career Roundtable is a luncheon for over 150 Hem/Onc physians to gather and network.  Your sponsorship of this important onsite event will provide great visibility to the next generation of prescribers and decision makers.

Your sponsorship will include appropriate signage at the entrance to the event and in the meeting room during the event.  The Sponsor will have a 2 minute welcome introduction at the beginning of the program and the host of the event will be sure to acknowledge your organization's support verbally at the end of the program.  A postal mailing list of the attendees will be provided to the sponsor after the conference.

Here is an opportunity to have an onsite meeting room available to access during exhibit hall hours.  The meeting room is ideal for impromptu private discussions or focus group meetings with attendees.  The 10'x10' enclosed meeting room has a door with a window (marked in red in the rendering), a 30"x72" draped table, and 4 chairs.  The room can be branded with your logo (included, up to 2 sq ft) or other graphics (contact ASPHO for graphic pricing).  

The Fellowship Program Directors Dinner is a 1.5 hour working dinner held during the conference, with approximately 50 Fellowship Program Directors in attendance.  These individuals are responsible for managing the pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship programs across the country, providing direct oversight and ensuring the quality of didactic and clinical education of all fellows within their respective training programs.   If your organization is targeting Hem/Onc Fellows then this may be the sponsorship opportunity for you.

The First Time Attendee/International/New Members Reception is held from 5:15 - 6:00 PM on the first evening (Wednesday) of the conference.

Your image will be prominently displayed on the vertical wall in a high-traffic hallway of either the session level or Exhibit Hall/Registration level.  These clings may be placed in multiple locations and with multiple sizes available.  See below for sample images and locations.

Pricing is based on square footage with a $2,500 minimum fee per cling.  Pricing will be provided based on the final suggested location.

Nearly all of the conference attendees come into the Exhibit Hall for the exhibits, posters, poster tours, and Education Theater presentations.  Since the Thursday Welcome Reception plus the Friday breakfast and lunchs are served in the Exhibit Hall this is THE place for exposure to visit your booth or event.  The Rotating Image is $7,500.
