The Division Directors Academy is a half-day event held during the conference for approximately 50 highly influential physicians to gather and network.  These individuals are leaders of their respective pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) divisions, providing administrative and financial oversight, as well as oversight of education, research and clinical service within their health system division. Your sponsorship of this important onsite event will provide great visibility to many of the most important Hem/Onc decision makers throughout the nation. 

Your sponsorship will include appropriate ASPHO created signage at the entrance to the event and in the meeting room during the event and highlighting of the sponsorship within the program slide deck during the session.  The Sponsor will have a 2 minute welcome introduction at the beginning of the program and the host of the event will be sure to acknowledge your organization's support verbally at the end of the program.  The sponsor will receive a postal mailing list of the program attendees after the conference for follow up.

The Early Career Roundtable is a luncheon for over 150 Hem/Onc physians to gather and network.  Your sponsorship of this important onsite event will provide great visibility to the next generation of prescribers and decision makers.

Your sponsorship will include appropriate signage at the entrance to the event and in the meeting room during the event.  The Sponsor will have a 2 minute welcome introduction at the beginning of the program and the host of the event will be sure to acknowledge your organization's support verbally at the end of the program.  A postal mailing list of the attendees will be provided to the sponsor after the conference.

The Fellowship Program Directors Dinner is a 1.5 hour working dinner held during the conference, with approximately 50 Fellowship Program Directors in attendance.  These individuals are responsible for managing the pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship programs across the country, providing direct oversight and ensuring the quality of didactic and clinical education of all fellows within their respective training programs.   If your organization is targeting Hem/Onc Fellows then this may be the sponsorship opportunity for you.

Sponsoring this reception is the perfect way to gain access to approximately 150 attendees who are new to ASPHO or early in their careers.  Sponsorship includes acknowledgment on signage in various places around this popular reception where many younger attendees are mingling with their new-found peers.    

The First Time Attendee/International/New Members Reception is held from 5:15 - 6:00 PM on the first evening (Wednesday) of the conference.

This must-attend event is one of the highlights of the ASPHO Conference.  The 2024 Keynote presentation will be a very popular speaker who will be entertianing the audience with their wit and humor related to medical issues.  The speaker will be 'Dr. Glaucomflecken', a satirist providing insight into today's healthcare world.  Our Keynote event is presented the first full morning (Thursday) during the conference and is one of the the highest attended and rated programs of the conference.

Your sponsorship for this non-educational program will be acknowledged in the printed Pocket Guide*, on the ASPHO Conference website, in the conference mobile app, and on all Keynote-related signage or messaging.  The sponsor will have a 2-minute welcome remark for the audience.
